A reference to the ruling issued by the Second Circuit competent to hear large lawsuits in the General Court in Riyadh in Case No. 4570505270, dated 04/28/1445 AH, and which acquired final status in Instrument No. 4530769070, dated 08/12/1445 AH, ruling “to assign the tasks and powers of liquidating and supervising the shareholding to the Support and Liquidation Center in accordance with its organization issued by Cabinet Resolution No. (415) dated 09/17/1440 AH and its rules and the amendments made to them according to the decision of the Center’s Board of Directors, including granting the powers to appoint the liquidator or receiver.
